Yup, it is a replica of Burj Dubai!

Näide siis kinnisvaraarendusest Hiina moodi:

The whole plan contains:

1 x 22 floors
81 x 23 floors
14 x 25 floors
104 x 28 floors
103 x 33 floors
4 x 35 floors
2 x 38 floors
2 x 41 floors
12 x 45 floors
4 x 48 floors
1 x 70 floors

Investment: 28 billion yuan
Completion: 2007-2010
Total space: 9.3 million sq m

KUSJUURES!

Peale pikki lugemisi internetiavarustes hiina ehitusstatistikast sattusin lehele, kus võrraldakse, arutletakse tulevaste ja olevaste kõrghoonete üle hiinas, nende plaanide muutustest, disainidest jne.

Kohe esilehel leiate postituse 2008 jaanuarist kus juba augustikuine statistika on avaldatud.

Vana uudis, a suht aegumatu keiss mu meelest

Together with her husband Wu Ping refused to move out of her house in Chongqing and make way for local property development. During three years, the house stood out isolated, the husband even built staircases with his :) nunchakus :) from the bottom of the over ten-meter-deep construction site.

Promm @ 08.01.2010 16:04 | Registreerunud: 01.04.2003

Ordos on Hiina linnade seas GDP poolest Shanghai järel teisel kohal. Ainuke viga on see et enamus majanduskasvust tuleb linnavalitsuse kulutustest. Põhimõtselt on valmis laksitud suur linnaosa kus keegi ei ela.

Hiina kinnisvaramull

Taavi @ 11.07.2010 12:27 | Registreerunud: 01.04.2003

Chanose sõnul tuleb maailma kolmandal majandusel hoida kinnisvara investeeringute tempot, kuna ligi 60% riigi SKP-st on sõltuv ehitusest.

Hiina välisvaluutareserv on üks osa, millega saab toetada pangandussüsteemi puhastamist. Riigil on tänaseks kogunenud rekordilised 2,4 triljonit dollarit reserve ning 889 miljardit dollarit USA riigivõlga, osaliselt tänu hiinlaste valuutapoliitikale.

The Unilever Series: Ai Weiwei - Sunflower Seeds 2010

Urmet @ 14.10.2010 08:41 | Registreerunud: 17.04.2003

Lühidalt on Ai Weiwei uusimaks loominguks Tate muuseumis saja miljoni kästisi valmistatud keraamilise sihvkaseemne laialilaotamine.

Teks Tate-i lehelt:

Ai Weiwei, one of China’s leading Conceptual artists and an outspoken cultural and social commentator, has undertaken the eleventh commission in The Unilever Series.

Sunflower Seeds is made up of millions of small works, each apparently identical, but actually unique. However realistic they may seem, these life-sized sunflower seed husks are in fact intricately hand-crafted in porcelain. Each seed has been individually sculpted and painted by specialists working in small-scale workshops in the Chinese city of Jingdezhen. Far from being industrially produced, they are the effort of hundreds of skilled hands.

Poured into the interior of the Turbine Hall’s vast industrial space, the 100 million seeds form a seemingly infinite landscape. Sunflower Seeds is a sensory and immersive installation, which we can touch, walk on and listen to as the seeds shift under our feet. The casual act of walking on the work’s surface contrasts with the immense effort of production and the precious nature of the material. Porcelain is almost synonymous with China and, to make this work, Ai Weiwei has manipulated traditional methods of crafting what has historically been one of China’s most prized exports. Sunflower Seeds invites us to look more closely at the ‘Made in China’ phenomenon and the geo-politics of cultural and economic exchange today.

2 osaline sari Hiina globaalsest ekspansioonist.

Travelling across three continents, Justin Rowlatt investigates the spread of Chinese influence around the planet and asks what the world will be like if China overtakes America as the world’s economic superpower.

In the first of two films, he embarks on a journey across Southern Africa to chart the extraordinary phenomenon of Chinese migration to Africa, and the huge influence of China on the development of the continent.

While many in the West view Africa as a land of poverty, to the Chinese it is seen as an almost limitless business opportunity. From Angola to Tanzania, Justin meets the fearless Chinese entrepreneurs who have travelled thousands of miles to set up businesses.

Reuters' David Gray explored Wonderland, an unfinished Disneyland clone outside of Beijing. Here, a farmer tends crops in a field now encompassing the abandoned Cinderella Castle-style building that was to be a centerpiece. Construction work at the park, promoted by developers as "the largest amusement park in Asia", stopped around 1998; disagreements over property prices with the local government and farmers are cited as factors.

Hiina ehitajad püstitavad 30 korrusega hotelli 360 tunniga

Urmet @ 11.01.2012 08:09 | Registreerunud: 17.04.2003

Loen minut.ee vahendusel:

Whatever Happened To The Jinhua Architecture Park?

Urmet @ 07.01.2013 15:00 | Registreerunud: 17.04.2003

Between 2002 and 2006 artist Ai Wei Wei curated the design and oversaw the construction of the Jinhua Architecture Park in Jinhua, China. The seventeen pavilions that sit in the park are from the desks of some of the most talented architects working today, so it was surprising to see that the structures completed just ten years ago are in a premature state of decay. Evan Chakroff, who took these pictures, has written a long piece about the park, the tradition of Chinese gardens, and how these structures are slowly “disappearing into the landscape.” His takeaway from visiting the park is that architecture, like art, must be maintained and repaired if it is expected to survive for very long. What’s less clear is how long the structures in Jinhua were expected to endure in the first place.

Must huumor

Taavi @ 22.03.2013 23:36 | Registreerunud: 01.04.2003

Concrete made with unprocessed sea sand has been found in at least 15 buildings under construction in Shenzhen – including what will be China's tallest building when completed – putting them at risk of collapse.

An industry-wide investigation made public last week discovered that 15 buildings in the city were partly constructed from concrete made with sea sand instead of river sand, including the 660-metre-high Ping’an International Finance Center, expected to be the second tallest building in the world.

While cheap sea sand offers cost-saving opportunities for contractors, the salt and chloride present in it can corrode steel reinforcements over time and ultimately cause a building to collapse.
